This week’s Career Services Workshop focused on the topic of “Time Management”.  Students and grads explored a variety of effective time management techniques and methods, specifically designed to help improve job search results!  Visit the Career Services home page on the Laurus College website to watch the recorded workshop here.

Laurus College had another very successful new student orientation this Friday, October 11th.  Please help us welcome all of our new campus and online students for the new term starting next Monday (October 14th)!

You’ll often times hear about the “Laurus Experience” from instructors and staff, but how about from the perspective of students?  Edward Goods, Professional Business Systems student at Laurus College, shares his Laurus Experience in a thoughtful article titled “The Pursuit of Proficiency”.

The Career Services Department launched a new “Pay Day” campaign this week at the Santa Maria campus, touting the AMAZING benefits that can result from the frequent use of career services and career centers.  Stay tuned as the campaign visits more campuses next week along with the debut of both the “Fast Start” Student Program and the “Full Throttle” Graduate Program.
